Bodacious on Mobberly has been a Texas tradition since 1968, when Nancy and Roland Lindsey first fired up the pits with a simple mission to serve high-quality, no-nonsense Texas barbecue. Our barbecue legacy spans three generations, built on a foundation of craftsmanship, quality, and tradition.
Today, the Lindsey family's commitment to slow-smoked, classic barbecue continues under the leadership of Spencer Halling, alongside his wife, Madilynne Lindsey Halling. Spencer blends tradition with innovation, preserving time-honored techniques while pushing the boundaries to keep Bodacious on Mobberly at the forefront of Texas barbecue. From our perfectly seasoned brisket to our legendary turkey, every bite reflects the tradition, passion, and creativity that have kept our pits burning for more than 50 years.
